Description
He stood with his coffee at the end of the counter, his head turning like an owl's as he scanned the room. Something about the guy didn't seem right. His movements were strangely mechanical.
Put together some old assets to try to understand indirect lighting. Okay results overall but when I adjust for splotches in one place other splotches pop up somewhere else. Live and learn. Today's star is Michael 2--remember him?--with guest shots from Michael 4 Workman, Victoria 3, and a tall, dark stranger. Rendered in Firefly. I intend to use what I learn for animations, so I steer clear of post work.

That's one sharp-eyed private dick! I think he's onto something about that stranger being "not right" :-) Fun scene :-) But for a scene like this (and esp. for animation), I wouldn't use IDL at all but rather some low intensity inverse-square point lights positioned where the actual light sources are, plus an appropriate IBL light. It'll be faster and splotch-free!

when I started with Poser 4 Pro, V2 was all the rage. I prefer Victoria 4. this scene is well composed and superb characters
