An unknown threat seems to have invaded the exploration base below us. Mission planners decided to make the final approach a steep descent over the refueling station and facing the station hub where the threat seems to reside. The path has been programmed into the autopilot so commander Kimsu can study the target for any need to activate the gun pods. Most space action scenes are more dramatic but not all that realistic. I have put a camera in the scout spaceship to show what one would actually see on a realistic approach path. Maybe not all that dramatic, but you can take it as what you would see if actually there. As you get lower, there is more detail to see as your scout gets lower. Thanks for looking and keep safe.
