Description
To make up for the fact that Bongs can’t fly to the top of the Fairy Fungi House (much to their great annoyance), the Ninja Sprites provide guidance in the form of personal lighting whenever a Bong wishes to ascend (or descend) after dark.
==NOTES==
So much for coming up with a simpler idea!! I’d actually started this earlier but was having a hard time figuring out how to get most of the Fairy Fungi house in the scene and also have characters you could see without a magnifying glass! I tried playing with some GlowFlies but had a lot of issues with them, so I got the idea to turn Ninja Sprite into a kind of glow fly :-)
Rendered in August 2020 in Poser Pro 11 Firefly at 4400 × 2475 pixels, using direct lighting (one infinite light, eight inverse-square point lights, and an IBL light) with Depth Cue atmosphere enabled. View full size on my blog.

Ninja Sprites are always a selling feature in Real Estate. Lighting a Security are two of the most sought after attributes home buyers look for. Certainly up there with Kitchens and Bathrooms. A wonderfully fun render.

Quite right! :-) I'm pretty sure the Bongs wouldn't have bought the place if it weren't for the Spritely Guides. They tried to get the seller to include sets of mechanical wings for each of them, so they could avoid the long trudge up to the house, but that nudged the cost of the house just out of their reach. They settled on the Ninja Sprites as a compromise but ended up being delighted by the bonus lighting :-)
