Description
The Titan-3C launch vehicle was one of those planned for the USAF X-20 Dyna-Soar Spaceplane. It consisted of two solid rocket motors (SRMs) as the zero stage and a two-stage Titan II core. Although the X-20 never flew, the Titan-3C and its descendants were used for many launches.
The image uses my X-20 Dyna-Soar Spaceplane and the X-20 Titan-3C Booster freebie overlaid on a NASA photo of a Titan launch.
The scene was composed and Superfly rendered in Poser 11 Pro, post-processed in Corel Photo Paint.
