It seems the me the person not wanting to be looked at is out of the scene. The character is framing as to get the best angle I would say. He seems extremely confident while his subject seems to be without confidence, thus not want to be looked at. Lots of ways for the dynamic to play out and I doubt I can ponder them all. :) Very interesting work well done!
