Description

This has a touch of prophecy about it as it was rendered on 26th Feb 2015. Gaia admires the beauty of the earth not realising that Ceres (in the background) is about to bring down a rein of destruction in the form of a pestilence. This is because of the grief she feels over the abduction of her daughter Persephone by Hades, the god of the underworld. Her feelings are evident by the turbulence of the clouds and the look on her face. She is not happy! Gaia is depicted by Angela who was a freebie from Mankahoo (Ali) and Ceres is a V3 character. Her costume was purchased from Daz. The free figure Angela is not available any more but Mankahoo does have another version of Angela for sale at his website. Stay safe everyone. The pestilence is not over yet!

Great job creating a sense of foreboding in Ceres' posture and expression and the roiling clouds! Poor Gaia doesn't know what's about to hit her. Love the flowers in her hair!

Thank you perpetualrevision and you're quite right, Gaia couldn't have imagined this before it happened. I don't think any of us could!
