Silo is recovered enough to want to help. He insists he go out and help Red. Jake and Janax assist him with the space suit and place repair parts in the pouch on the back. One of the items placed has never been tried before. Their lives depend on it working. Before they left, Janax was talked into buying some 'special' spaceship repair glue from a shady looking little robot by name of Chomper. Such a crafty little devil. He didn't want payment for it, just a trade for an old unused transport vehicle that was parked by one of Olivia's casinos. Sounded like a good deal to Janax so he agreed. Now Silo is outside the spaceship, tethered to the ship with a nylon rope. Their are magnets in the feet as well as the knees. He also has jet assisted ports integrated with the space suit should he accidently get disconnected from the rope and fall off the space ship. Red Rover is working diligently on the spaceships communication antenna. There is no end to the wonderful workings and surprising features of his robotic design. He is able to make micro incisions into the skin of the antenna and with his xray vision, detect the broken circuits. With his other special equipment, he can perform micro welding to reconnect the circuits. He slowly works his way up the antenna, broken circuit by broken circuit. Silo is making good progress as well with installing the steel repair plates on the ruptured skin of the ship's outer hull. Chomper's glue seems to work even better than how he described it to Janax. Work is progressing nicely. Silo is making good time covering up the gaping cracks in the ships' skin and Red is more than half way along the antenna repairing the severed circuits. Suddenly, with no warning, another shock wave from the supernova stikes the ship causing some major shaking and twisting! Even though Red has locked his feet together to hold himself onto the antenna, the bucking spaceship is sufficent to knock him free! He suddenly finds himself floating out into space! Jake and Janax see this from inside the spaceship and scream into the intercom letting Silo know of Red's predicament and possible peril. Silo has been knocked free from the ship as well but is still tethered to it by the nylon safety rope. Silo looks around until he can see Red floating off into space. He quickly determines that by now, Red is out of reach of his rope. Lordy lordy! What to do? What to do? Come on Silo! Think! M4 and DAZ Droid characters. Rendered in Poser 2014 pro.
