Description
This is an OC of a dear friend. She started writing a book featuring him, and I was inspired to do this scene, which wasn't even in the book, but is now.
This takes place just after a meeting with Azraille. You might remember her from "Embers in the Rain." She with the black wings. At this point, she made a plea for Shadow to join her cause, and he refused, so she stormed off. He sits and contemplates the relationship they once shared.
This was quite fun to do, as it was a collaborations. I come up with the initial scene, and sent messages/previews back and forth until it was dialed in. I hope you like it.

I've been mostly been keeping up with posts, even if I haven't had much of a chance to do much art. I got the excellent Cogman set to work with this weekend, tho, and hope to have a nice render for it tomorrow or Sunday. So stay tuned!

Thank you! The candles are doing the heavy lifting, with a spotlight on the feather from behind in order to help it stand out against all the dark.
