Description

A Sturmgeschutz IV waits next to a barn, that is along a well traveled road. Anticipating an allied convoy to roll past soon, they wait. (WW 2 timeframe). The Stug IV (Sturmgeschutze IV), (Sd.Kfz. 167) is a Wehrmacht Heer (German) assault gun built on the PzKpfw (Panzer Kampfwagen) IV platform. It was originally developed after the Stug III's main armament did not perform well in Russia and they needed a bigger chassis to put the newer Pak 40, 70mm anti-tank gun onto. Along with the Allies had bombed the main manufacturing plant for the Stug III and they needed to supplement it as quickly as possible. The Stug's were a very formidable weapon.

Another fantastic Daz Studio scene. It almost looks like something created in Vue.
