Description
There's not much remaining of this 12th.c. Hunting Lodge. It's distance from Birmingham city centre and it's Council, is probably the reason why there's anything left of it at all - Perry Hall, wasn't so fortunate...!
Again, I was intrigued by an ancient image - a watercolour and a historians reconstruction drawing. Fortunately, there are plans, as the value of the site was recently realised and invested in. A total excavation of what's left, has resulted in a very accurate ground plan, which I used to re-create this 3-D image.
