Description
He is the Lord of Bethlem, a city that exists beyond the Mouth of Mists, beside what remains of the Wendes River. A new character for my RPG group to interact with as they unravel the mystery of the G-Men that have taken control of Bethlem.
I planned this nice little cloak-and-dagger type session.. and it ended with a building on fire. Lol. One of my favorite moments of the night was when the Mefiwa character threw a torch into the the tavern where there friend was in trouble, and she specifically said she was trying to avoid the actual bar where all the liquor was kept. She passed her roll, and the torch landed on a table where a drink still sat, burning fiercely to pierce the darkness that had settled filled the room. They're a great group.
They are then led away from the increasingly large scuffle by the enigmatic Duncan McKinley. He had contacted one of the the party members previously on his Farnsworth device (couldn't help it!) and so when his voice was recognized, they did the smart thing and retreated.
However, with a missing companion or two, and the party split up, I'm quite excited to see how the next session works out! They do some RP between the sessions over text on Discord. I'm hoping they get the party reunited ahead of the next full session. I got some surprises in store for them...
Model is Adam for Genesis 8 Male. I'm amazed at how versatile this character is. I've used him before to create a character for my Lenny and Lola series. If I put the two pictures side-by-side, you couldn't even tell they're the same base model - and I didn't use any other morphs on Gordon's portrait!
Outfit is Crimson Seas for Genesis 3 male, which auto-fit quite nicely I think.
A quick goatee provided by the Short Hair and Beard set they gave away a while back, and hair from the Curly Beard and Hair set they also gave away. Just a great combo, I think.
Streets of Steampunk for the setting, default HDRI, and the lights on the set turned on. It rendered in about an hour.
Sorry I haven't been on much at all. I know, I keep apologizing for this. I recognize that I'm being a little neurotic about it, in fact. Like, nothing says I have to be super active all the time, but then I still feel bad for not being as active as I was. As if that made any sense.

Looks great, thanks for reminding me that i still have a Stonemason set i have to install. But it's not the same, i looked at it but i don't do steampunk.

Looking over the set, I think it will prove versatile for other things. That's honestly how I have to look at any more-expensive set. Majority of my stuff tends towards fantasy, though I have a fair amount of western. This is the first actual steampunk set I've purchased. I sure like it, though.

Sir Duncan has a lot on his mind, for sure. The G-men don't know he's leading the local resistance - yet. He can't just hide away, he's got to be visible to keep the civilians calm. Quite a lot on his shoulders.
