Description
the owners of the #22 purchased this Buick from Buddy Baker. it was a "Nascar" ride, but slow. mind you the Camaro 22 could do 195 MPH on the straights
but the Buick only got up to 180 MPH while other Nascar cars was doing around 212 MPH

Thanks God Buick was so slow, doing "just" 290 kilometres per hour..
True times, true cars. Wonderful photo. Thank you very much for sharing, my dear Richard.

Hope one day you got the chance to go to AUSTIN to take lots of photos from the 1 billion$ FORMULA 1 Track

When you mention those speeds, you get a real impression of what those driver's skill level is. @ 180mph down a straight and into a turn would be the last thing most of us would do on this earthly plane. Yet to these guys, that is painfully slow ????

"Only" 180 MPH..... 😉 Sounds like a typical Kansas City driver on I-435..... LOL Got out to do some errands today, and people were driving like they were possessed....
Cool old photo, Richard.
