Wonderful creation, Linda--I really like your gal...she exudes strength and self confidence.
I agree wholeheartedly with you. But, I would even go further: With all the woefully inept men populating the planet, holding most of the power and failing miserably in caring for the planet and the life it is struggling to support, women, the heroes of multitasking, are better equipped--mentally, psychologically and even physically--to take over the reins of power to get things back on track. :) The 21st Century needs to be viewed as the "Century of the Woman."
