Attack on Mingo City! Flash Gordon and his allies have attacked Ming. The battle started with The Tree People firing artillery on the city. After several waves Vultan lead the Hawkmen in an aerial assault. The fighting got heavy when transports invaded the city for the ground assault led by Flash Gordon, Thun, and Fria. The Ming's forces stood toe to toe with the rebels. Eventually, Vultan faced one on one with General Klytus. Klytus was killed when Vultan axe went through his stomach. Barin went after Princess Aura but she gave him the slip (or does he let her go) and leaves in a transport. Thun freed Dr. Zarkov and the two of them set and detonated powerful bombs in the city's energy core. As the city is exploding Flash rescues Dale and faces off against Ming the Merciless. After many shots are fired Flash hits Ming in the side. Ming falls over the railing and his body is never seen, again. In the aftermath, Flash is hailed as the Savior of the Universe. The kingdom's are free. Flash, Dale, and Dr Zarkov fly off in a new spaceship.
