BIO I'm an illustrator, and for the last 15 years I have been doing almost exclusively digital work--mostly covers for e-books and small presses; fantasy, SF and Paranormal Romance covers are my specialty. I use Poser, Photoshop and Painter, and a nifty little paint program called ArtRage. I have been lucky enough to have work shown on the BBC's The Sky at Night, done promotional artwork for the Hugos, and have digital art tutorials published in Michael Burn's Femme Digitale and Digital SciFi Art (Watson-Guptill 2004) as well as DVD covers, cd covers and e-book covers, most recently for Liquid Silver Books, Edge/Tesseract and Dragon Moon Press. I'm also a member of the International Association of Astronomical Artists. . When I have time, I do acrylic paintings for fun.
Commissions: I do 3d texturing and backgrounds now rather than book covers, and I do appreciate a good UV template to work on. Thanks for checking out my bio!

OK the peep toes are the OTHER peep toes but I think they are also AO's.

Simply Gorgeous!!👍🙋♂️
lwperkins
Thank you Saby! I picture your runtime is full of art supplies :D

Wonderful setting

I feel like yours is full of handsome guys and furniture :D Thank you too!

I'm searching for the shoes and can't find them on the image LMAO! But if it looks the same they're probably mine - I made those shoes originally for V4, then ported them to Antonia, Dawn and finally La Femme xD
lwperkins
Ah, maybe those are RP peep toes! I have yours, I think I have all of LaFemmes shoes, your things are so nice--they work and I appreciate that!

My runtimes are huge, considering that I started back in 2004. I still have V2 and V3 stuff in there and sometimes me wonders whether some of the stuff could be converted for use. I see that I am not alone with such Runtimes ;-) Cool work here! Love it!
lwperkins
I bet it can--I have used Evil Innocence's converter on some things--it works well to get V3 to V4 and a little less well for v4 to La Femme, since La Femme has an extra Waist section. I still have V3 just because I like her and she doesn't have the restrictions on her that V4 does. Plus v3 had some very cool SF stuff :D Thank you too!

don't use Daz myself, but V4 will always be my model. yeah i'm a dinosaur . nice idea on this..

V4 has So Much Stuff and so many great characters! I'm happy to have her back in play on my computer, and I love what you do with her!

My runtime looks like a mashed potato sandwich and a bag of liquorice allsorts... oh.. no, wait, that's my lunch.
Although... it is kind of messy, with some tasty little gems in it. Still have all the old V4 stuff I made way back when...
Nice work by the way!
lwperkins
LOL!! And I would hope you would save the things you made--your stuff is awesome!

Got about 20 runtimes. Had a disk accident and couldn't recover my original V4. So I went back to DAZ and recovered my original V4 and M4 purchases. Created a new runtime DAZPeople and reinstalled it all there. All has worked perfectly since then. My v4 characters and clothing are in 6 other runtimes more or less in order of purchase. Two other runtimes for DAZMillenial and V3M3 respectively. Also an A3 runtime which I haven't hooked into my library panel. I am sticking with Poser 11 until there are fixes for the legacy Python scripts I use.

You know Macy's in NYC? That is what your Runtime looks like :D Multiple floors of stuff! Poser11 has one script in it I actually use a lot, delete nodes that are unconnected in the Material panel, and I might drop back to 11 just to be able to use that. I feel like P12 isn't quite done, though I do love the faster version of Superfly.

I need to send you the dubious Ginger Bread Man and Woman. You need more dubious things in your runtime!!!
Wonderful Kitchen sink render!
lwperkins
I have those! Not sure where but I remember you sending them to me <3 I'm looking for the Dubious Sculptures right now, I use those more than you would think :D
Radar_rad-dude
I have a very unorganized runtime and sometimes spend more time than I would like searching for something I vaguely remember having. Or, sometimes I'm looking for something else and find something I had forgotten I had! LOL! A most excellent image here! Fantastic result! Bravo!
lwperkins
Mine has sections that are like that--but I love happy surprises, too :D Thanks so much for stopping by!
gerberc
Fabulous, so much to re-discover in this one! Many of these old items live on in my runtime, too :)
lwperkins
The old models are like old friends now :D Thank you too!
perpetualrevision
How fun to see all these items together! I have only one runtime, very organized using my own folder structure, but also very LARGE (220gb)! The biggest folders by far are those with stuff for V4 and the Props library, and it'll take me another decade to make good use of all of it!
lwperkins
You'll use it though because of the magic words "very organized"..mine looks..well, like what you see. :D There's stuff in the back I haven't seen in years!
mapps
LOL awesome :-)

Way too hot, glamorous render. Impressive atmosphere and lighting, superb composition. Exquisite Artwork. I love it!
I can't afford a german sheppard to sniff the traces in my Poser 12 runtime. I had to look myself. I opened the door, a huge Galaxy popped-up, so I closed the door instantly. I opened it later again and I started asking myself - just like Dee Dee do - what this button do, or does? It just worked! 😂 Just found lots of stuff there..
lwperkins
Oh I love that!! A Galaxy would be such an exciting find! And a Poser German Shepherd to find items would be so much fun :D Thank you for stopping by and taking a look at my silly render!
