One of the images part of my womens day project (a bit more longterm than just one day).
I let them voice what they have to face day by day and what they want.
..what else to say: in far to many job areas women get payed less just cause they are female.
Additionally, jobs dominated by female workers (e.g. care work) are payed much less than it should be.
These days with corona it became quite clear that these jobs are essential and not useless to our society: health care, teachers, child care worker,
cashiers, cleaner/housekeeper - oh and mums(!).
They should get the same respect and better payment.

It is the same the whole world over.. women are 2nd class... men from time begain ruled the work place notice in the Bible that it says woman will leave their home to follow the man it never states that they will be on even terms How many years must you have to wait before someone stands up and says they should be on the same terms as a man... a few more Million .. till the end of time...you have the greatest gift of God with in you use it to gain what is yours.. tell us men no more will you lie with us no more will you bear for us children no more pleasure for men till such times as you are held the same as a man both in the home and the work place.. Do you know that it was 1918 before a woman was allowed to be an Doctor in an Hospital Stand up be proud you can only stand tall when you stand together
