Description
John William Waterhouse is my fav. old Master .
Here I try to recreate on of his most famous Painting. I am not 100% satisfied with the result, but I think I am almost there. Few small details are missing ( Scarf on the girls hip, pearls in the hair ) .
Next try will be more accurate.

Fine image with excellent pose and cloth simulation. I would prefer it without the depth of field blur but it doesn't do too much damage. If this were a painting, the artist would put as much care into the vore and background as the main subjeddt. It's lpart of the story, isn't it?

@mazzam Thank you for your comment. Yes, when the image was done, i regret the DOF, but the harm was already done.

Beautiful! As for the DOF, while it's more of a photography than a painterly effect (and I know you were inspired by a painting), I actually like how it turned out here. At first I was wondering how you managed to integrate the foreground props so effectively against a backdrop image, and then I realized that it's not a backdrop image but part of your scene, which is pretty cool!

Thank you. I really missed my goal with the DOF. I use DOF in most of my renders, it was some kind of usual reflex in this image.
