Today, with the wonderful contribution of 'brain1969 and his most recent WIP projects, 'sunNOID' and 'CyberNOID Portal' , I offer you a look inside 'The Montauk Project'. If you are into urban legend and spooky stories, just google 'The Montauk Project.' It's a tale of what happens when you mix way to much off the books black research funding and the all consuming hunger to be the biggest bad-azz nation on the planet. What could possibly go wrong? Please allow me to tell you the little tale of those who tried and ended up getting their faces eaten.
