Description

FINISHED PROJECT: Good Day to you my friends! Here it is, this is my final version of my original completed digital artwork. It's based on the submitted image I'd shared as a challenge for those of you who wanted to also finish it however you wanted. So, I decided to make it another fantasy scene, and I've named “Sunrise Somewhere”... If you recall, a couple of days ago, I'd offered a basic rendering on my Facebook account, it was a landscape & sky that I created in Bryce7 Pro. If you don't know, Bryce is a 3D Landscape Generation Program. I often use Bryce for landscape composition ideas. I'm aware that it's a bit dated now, kinda old, but, I've used it for so many years, it just works for me! I do love that program is easier in my opinion, and it is my go to 3D application, along with Corel Painter and PaintShop Pro. With those programs I can come up with many, many ideas and scenes. Although, there is something I've always wanted to do in Bryce, but haven't. I've wondered about rendering a 3D floral artwork, it's something I've not tried in Bryce yet, but, I have wanted to do. Anyway, as I've mentioned in the past... When I like something I've created digitally, I will sometimes attempt to paint it on canvas, traditionally. Funny thing, When I first looked at the earlier final render, not this finished one, but the unmodified version I'd shared a couple of days ago, I was thinking it looked like a Golf Course, LOL! But, I didn't make it that, and I decided to make it a homestead instead. I'd like to also mention, the sky was really, really fun to created, and play with. I'd made many layers to get it to be this fantasy sky. I added to that basic render and made it even more interesting, with some suggestions of the Cosmos in it... In fact, there where so many layers in this artwork, that I had to create multiple files and organize them accordingly, so ,I would not get confused and know which ones where part of each stage of the process. Yes, it can sometimes be complicated! But, I'd build a little library of this scene in multiple stages. All the way from the original render, to the final mastering file, and everything in between, about 14 separate digital files altogether with about 50 layers and effects. Anyway, I do hope you like it. Take care my friends, and I hope that you all have a wonderful coming weekend ahead. Take care!! ♥ Artist, Dan Seitzinger – www.danseitzinger.com
