Description
An early render I found on the 'other' computer with my first original character. Came back after after a two year hiatus in FL and this machine can't hold half the assets I've accumulated since then...too many talented artists running too many sales.

Fabulous brilliant awesome composition and render.

This really is exemplary work!
jdwtrxk
Thanks Stevie, Brain and Starship! Might have to work with my older assets awhile until I beef up this system. Still a lot of fun!

Thanks mifdesign. Something special about girls and airplanes - like girls and guns; or girls and swords. Think there is a Japanese game called Girls und Panzers, The tanks are pretty well done and the girls adorable.

Marvellous image!

Thanks Phil!

The woodgrain! The rest is impressive, too, but the woodgrain caught my eye.
jdwtrxk
Can't take any credit for the wood Lyle - was part of the Albatros as offered - and I rarely use stock wood textures. .

very sensual mood and I would fly with her any day
jdwtrxk
Another belated thanks Richard...the girl is a version of an early character I keep tweaking and using over and over. I should do an in flight one with the Albatros. Did one awhile ago with an Assyrian warrior at the stick after one with a 109 buzzing a Viking ship. Both were silly but came out rather well...

Ha, you got that right! Looks good.

EXCELLENT SCENE BEAUTIFUL GIRL
JoeJarrah
Nicely composed, and i can only complement her taste in flying an Albatros
jdwtrxk
A belated response Joe - the Albatros is indeed a distinctive and beautiful machine though the heavier DVa lacked the comparative performance edge of the DIII. The texture set for this model was based by the vender on that of a flying recreation with either an restored original or a reproduced Mercedes engine. That alone is special...

Thanks anitalee!

Shades of thunder! Its Elizabeth Taylor! Very beautiful lady and marvelous image! Most excellent viewing delight! Bravo!
jdwtrxk
Thanks Radar - character was created in the early days with lots of redundant slider use...but she does look like Liz in this render with the shaders in her hair. The DVa is right out of the box and is a hoot to use. Why it's on Swedish Beach is up to the viewer...:)

Well done jdwtrxk... I love that the hair looks so natural. (wonders if this is an Iray render?) I hear ya with all the sales ;) eep... lol
jdwtrxk
Thanks Liola - the hair just worked. This is Iray. I can't remember which hair I used. Might have been Bronwyn or Alina. I was surprised how well the grey highlights took to the light with so little tweaking.
paul_gormley
machine competing for visual attention and almost winning, love the lighting on this and the way it curves round the fuselage
jdwtrxk
Thanks paul - the lighting was more selection than skill. Found a good HDRI and rotated it until the light caught the right angle while preserving the reality of the scene. No added lights or post work required....
