Computer geek extarodinaire, I love to tinker with gadgets and tech items to get them to do what I want. I'm either logically artistic or artisically logical. I'm also rude, crude, semi-barbaric, socially unacceptable, and totally psychotic. On the bright side - I am potentially harmless. I'm currently trying to write some short stories about the fae as well as a novel on those same fae as well as two other novels. The programs I have for photo and image editing are: Photoimpact from Ulead, Adobe Photoshop 7 and Corel Paint Shop Pro 2X. Recently I've added DAZ Studios as well as Terragen, Blender and Google Sketch to my list of programs crowding my hard-drive. All this and much more on an old Pentium III 450 with 396 Megs of memory and operating Windows XP. It does get interesting at time.As of December 26, 2008, I have added Vue 7 Pioneer to my list of reason of why I'm going insane.
As of January 2010 I upgraded to a new HP 2 dual core processor with 6 gigs onboard mem with 4 gig powerboost and 2.07 terabytes of Hard drivesMy email is faemike55@gmail.com

A symbolical and beautiful composition that bears deep and resourceful meaning to what you're experiencing in your life at the moment. I am glad you shared it so simply and wonderfully here.

mike, I'm dumbfounded that I didn't leave a comment here---I saw this when you posted it, was very moved by it, and I was sure I'd commented. Mea culpa...I don't know how I missed that. Well, it's a beautiful piece, esp with the magical 2 butterflies (one of them looks like a halo!), and that big closeup of some huge celestial body...knowing your work, my guess is it's from one of the many NASA photos you've transformed into your pieces (or similar). I love it as a background, with the woman doing another difficult ballet-like move, and inside a huge keyhole looking out into the cosmic forces of light and pre-life. Powerful stuff. (The yellow of the butterfly pops out against all those reds, etc).
I'm so glad your emergency worked out, despite the terror. I think I said, somewhere, that it's understandable that memory strokes happen---in fact I wonder if they don't happen more often than we know. But with all you've been through, it must've been doubly hard, given that one just can't take another deluge falling on them. I hope you're feeling a lot better now, and I hope it gets better with each day. Terrific upload, and all my wishes for a recovery on all levels. You deserve it all.

My friend...If I am commenting it is because your art intrigues me. Today though, my comment is a blanket message to all of my wonderful friends here. You see, I recently traveled due to a medical condition and missed most of what you posted this week.
My result is that I have a potentially life ending condition, ... BUT ...There are good chances for a moderate to full recovery. That means many more years of seeing your wonderful art. Please accept my apology for missing this week. Know that I am enjoying my gallery visit today. If you get multiple comments from me today, there is no need to read further.
If for any reason you are experiencing lung problems, feel free to contact me and I will gladly share more detail with you on my experiences.
