Another, rather dark beginning of a new Mark Lawrence trilogy, but again, a very good one.
The Girl and the Stars is book 1 of 3. The whole story plays in underground ice caves or on the icy planes of Abeth, the same planet as The Ancestor trilogy.
My challenge is to learn how to depict ICE in all its forms.
