I'm sorry I'm so late to your recent images...I was away from RR for a while. I hope that your break is good, filled with people you love, and filled with health and relaxation.
This is another image that must be seen full size: Very sharp detail, and the city is "sandwiched" between lots of plush trees. I don't see many high buildings here (so different from Chicago, as you know!), but the steeples and cranes are wonderful 'accents'. Vivid color too. This is so typical of European city-scapes. A wonderful large picture of a beautiful set of rooftops and curving streets and steeples, etc.---all surrounded by the 'cushions' of trees and river and sky. So lush and peaceful. I will post something for your birthday when you return. I know it was saturday (the 26th), but I'm slow at everything now, anyway....but I'll post something later, when you've returned. In the meantime, have a fine break, and I wish you all the best.
