I assume this is about equal salary (for equal hours, etc) ("Gleiche" and "Lohn" suggest that). This shot looks like it was taken in the later part of the day, because the light is bright but slightly 'golden', and it's casting lonnnnng shadows. Beautiful light. And I like the lone man standing between the women and you, looking for someone or something. (Is that luggage, behind him? It almost looks like a machine...) I love how he is separate from all the activity. You had a keen eye in these street-demonstration shots. Great light and contrasts here.

you are right, it is about equal salary and other conditions. It was a wonderful sunny evening, I was on the way for dinner with my daughter who is living there. It was his luggage and I think he was looking for a hotel address. thank you for wonderful comment dear friend! best p.
