Description
Digital illustration of a pretty blue eyed blonde lady wearing framed eye glasses. In this portrait I tried to digitally create the look of a water color painting.
Sofware used was Photoshop CC 2021 & Rebelle 3. Hardware my homebuilt AMD Ryzen 3700 Windows 10 desktop & Wacom Intuos 3 stylus & tablet.
