wow, a grand gowned seer, with a torso that's almost architectural---I love the flow of her cape and her open stomach, with the lines of her lower gown---it makes a kind of shield. And that crimson inner lining. (Coco Chanel would be thrilled!) And her spinnning-magic hands---with some formidable nails: I imagine dancing with her would be a touchy affair...and skulls in the background, to give this a sense that she deals in life and death and all beyond. (Plus a small light in her navel...a lit-up soothsayer.) Love the green tint throughout. Beautiful portrait, Barb. It really is beautifully designed.
