glaucous is the color of the powdery blue-gray coating on grapes and plums.

My most recent computer started up-chucking on me so I broke down and bought a cheap refurbished dell from amazon. I am not happy with it but I will tough my way through it. My old one still is limping along as well as is the one before it so I have two backups in reserve in case this 'new?' dell decides it doesn't want to play with me anymore. It has terrible graphics card. Won't even play my train simulator and forget about sims 4. So I can still play them on my old computer (for how long?LOL) We will see. Life is a challenge. Then we die! Or something like that! I'm afraid I rambled on too much here! Have a great day!!!!

This computer is at least 15 years old, so I wasn't surprised when I started getting error messages. Then all of a sudden, it stopped complaining. One of these days it just won't work, I suppose. I hope your old computers keep working and I'm sorry the new one is garbage.

mystical and gorgeous...a real otherworldly image...love the 'glaucous' hues (I'd never heard that name before! It sounds like something you'd say to shut someone up---"oh, stop being so freaking glaucous...") The woman/spirit is really blue, the rest of the piece is gorgeous whites and grays (w/ blacks). And your grays are so varied, like silk. And this spirit is open-armed, like she has something to say, but is guarding some secret, maybe some ill-fated knowledge (with green cat's eyes). A really mystifying figure, barb. The horse winds around her like it's cradling her; and the background storm tells us this lady probably has some major powers...I love it. Great outfit too. Love the boots and 'skirts' of her vest.
I'm glad your computer's still working! I think computers are like cars: If they make it beyond 100,000 miles, they live forever. I hope you get more use out of it before it heads for the great digital heaven in the sky. Amazing how long they last, isn't it?
