As i approached the attic, a wave of trepidation wrecked my body as some unknown dread seem to be staring from within the darkness. The sound of stillness was deafening as I choked back fear waiting for some thing to jump out at me. Suddenly a scratching sound could be heard, ever so soft. Then a skittering and soft foot steps which seem to come closer to the stairway. I turned my camera light towards the darkness illuminating the entrance to the attic, it was then i saw it. A strange misshaped man or woman, I did not know for it was hard to tell crouched like some animal at the top of the stairway. It was whitish in color and had long teeth set a deformed mouth. But what was most unnerving was its absence of eyes as it looked down at me. I sat there looking down at me daring me to move. Could it see me or not I wondered or was it able to sense me with some other way. I began to back away ever so slowly hoping by some miracle i could make it out this damnable house. Then as luck or the absence of luck would have it, the dust of the place tickled my nose and i let out a sneeze. The thing heard it and turned in my direction glaring down at me, then it let out a deafening screeching noise like that of a baby or some poor animal trapped in a cage..then began its decent to me with great speed that i would never could imagine possible. As i tried to run it had grabbed me with it's spindly hands. With its hands around my wrist i dropped my camera as it ever so forcibly turned me around to face it. It seem to smile a wickedly smile if one is able to call it a smile when to my horror it said " Mama " as my sanity left me...
