Description
Our September Girls, Ella and Abby are here to keep you company as summer winds down (in the USA, anyway..). Both of these gals have a part in G4's (Angelique) past. And that's a story I am hoping to get "re-booted" in the near future.
I started G4's backstory sometime ago, but never got past the first 3 or 4 pages. I will most likely delete those and start over again this fall / winter. I've made some improvements in the story-line, and will be re-working a few of the images, and of course creating new art as well.
I have moved the main Poser machine to it's new home on the 3rd of the new desks I've been building. I will be moving ahead on the story a lot faster - at least that's what I'm trying to do. Look for the next page soon. There are also some fun collabs coming up with WolaverJS and the Annette story.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the calendar! Stay safe, stay sane, get those shots, wear those masks, and maybe we'll all get through this freakin' mess!

It's as if, to greet the first cool month in ages, you toned down the hues to a deep rich crimson/reddish brown, with a dark reddish-lit background, to cool everything down. Beautiful hues and light on your models, and a true late night feel on that urban background, I agree with barb/bakapo about those cheekbones, they're striking; and ella and abby have bright blue-green eyes to contrast those reds and browns. Classic pinup poses, and great light---the light on them is really strong for a dark background. Feels like a late night office or lot...Another expertly made calendar-page from you w/ great hues, light and lines, and, with your fans, I hope it's a cool sept too.
As for your keeping up with the chapters (I saw your interchange with wolf too, in his gallery), it's hard, Rod: I know you want to keep things fresh, but you also want to give each page your best (which you do everytime) and you have so much going on in your daily life: It's just hard to do it as quickly as you want. It's too bad you and wolf can't do those "Last week on TNA..." openings, where they recap what came before, on streaming or tv series. Your fans are dyed in the wool loyalists to you, and I imagine they'll pick up wherever you leave off. I wish you the best with it, in any case. I hope it doesn't plague you (while you have so much else to do.) Charles Dickens serialized novels, and they lasted a long time. (Just change your characters names to Ebenezer Scrooge and Oliver Twist---you could make a fortune!) Wonderful work, and have a great september!

Thanks, Mark! As always, you do a wonderful deep-dive and see stuff in my work that I didn't even think about when putting it together. Must be The Force guiding my hand! LOL But rest assured I am taking notes, good sir! 😄 I do have a Twitch account, and may at some point do some streaming after I figure out how it all works LOL. That would be pretty cool to do a stream or something with Wolf!
