your elvendale is a big mythic kingdom (kudos to Dennis Reed for the background, and to you for using it so beautifully)....You've placed the woman and her massive companion beautifully: They're placed in the space between those two huge buildings, and it's just perfect. With your hues, your compositions can be just perfect...
I love the visual play of her swords as they cross his huge horizontal form---and you have him stnding behind her like a massive guardian, his two huge arms surrounding her, even though she looks like she can handle anything by herself. That spear thing he's holding it a wonderful addition. (And even it is composed well against the arch of that building). And your use of blues on the guy---and in her hair, and on her breastplate---is very effective against all that stone. Beautifully done, Steve. If the guy has some spare time, tell him I'll hire him for a few odd jobs...he looks like he could lift my entire high rise! Love your image once again, Steve.
