Description
Just a villain NPC I did for an a superhero RPG game my friend is running.
Her name is Silver. She is the reincarnation of an ancient spirit, currently the head of a criminal organization that's on the rise. There are whispers of powers, but no one has seen them in use. She lives fairly openly, somehow managing to avoid prosecution. Rumors of everything from huge bribes to magic spells surround her.
The truth? Only time will tell..
Not hugely elaborate. I haven't been very motivated lately, so I'm just trying to keep my feet wet.
