Another of your masterful photo-manipulations: It looks like you've combined a metal fence (or railing) with the facade of an old house. The long spirals and curves of the fence are doing a dance in front of that facade, but the metal-work beneath those spirals are more contained and formal. And those lower curves appear to be more decayed---perhaps that's your postwork, allowing more light into the lower half of the fence, or allowing the facade to bleed-into the metal. But that, along with the decay on the facade, make this house appear mysterious and abandoned. Your blend suggests that this cottage---and its fence---were once a fine place...but now it's in decay. I Love the single window and the irregular beams (mullions and transoms). Plus it looks as if you placed a burnt orb in the center (it almost looks like a face)...You've created a cottage that has been taken-over with decay, soot, and mold. And your sky is mysterious and dramatic, as if this were from a fairy tale. The detail is wonderful. The image is both magical and 'lost'...fine work, Priska.

thank you very much Mark, yes it was once a better address and the old little house was for the house-keeping and gardening, I did a second picture with the fence in foreground because I like it, it make some distance for looking at the lost place. best priska
