Total transformation in this. The original is all deep reds and soft forms---not just in the background (which has photographic "bokeh"---I assume you know the word, but in case you don't, it's basically "blur" caused by the lens focussing elsewhere), but on her. It's striking (the original) and introspective. In the transformed version, the whole image is alive with cellular structures, morphing/growing lines and primal-ooze creatures. Her right sleeve becomes a primeval wing, the background is alive with primal pods and bubbles, her hair---nearly all black, in the original---becomes a rainfall of blue-gray strands. And her hands had been broken from the smooth renaissance hands (like da vinci) of the original, to segmented, mapped, colonized hands, as has her neck and face. (If the original Asia saw the transformed Asia, she'd shriek, "what the ____ was I drinking???") Even her dress has gone to town. It's great to see these side by side, you made a real carnival of an original which evokes the modesty and classic pose of an asian (japanese?) young woman. And I can recognize the traditional Japanese/east Asian architecture in the background...
