The story is a simple joke, the gorilla knows the young Lady knows where the banana has gone so, he allows a joke pretending he has no idea what has happened.. Of course they had perfect bidirectional communications, otherwise it would be no joke.😊
The story also says about Superfly powerful lighting and mighty rendering potential. Because rendering is like a function, it's most prominent input is the light, the output is the final image. A "normal" light providing less information, versus the HDR which provides many orders of magnitude more information explains why the output looks better when the input is richer in information.
We can roughly say the "normal" 24 bit (the light) input is "clamping" our output (the final rendered image), while an HDR allows finer details can be achieved in the final render. The only difference is gorillas can control their hormones and they will never rape someone they love, they perfectly understand violence but they can control it. And they don't kill for fun, only to feed or protect themselves or potect other weaker beings. But if you kill one of their close friends, they will retaliate swiftly.

Poser is fairly easy to use and always gentle with your hardware, your computer hardware lol Remember not to turn off your computer right after you finish a render, give your GPU and CPU a chance to cool down completely. Keep up the beautiful work!

Thanks for the tip, I always keep ana eye on my render and the other one on temperatures on GPU, in Poser 12 Superfly heavy loads render the GPU goes maximum 45C, I noticed the progressive renders are a better choice for lower temperatures. I also noticed a larger bucket size - even on progressive rendering - are doing faster noise removal, I'd recommend 256-512 bucket size, it fits most hardware; for monsters 1024 or more might be a better choice.

I love you too, my dear Andy. I wish I knew where to find a larger MUX/DEMUX multiplier/demultiplier for inputs and outputs as well, for the nodes. A dynamically expandable one would be nice to have. This would help with gathering easier more info. Anyway, I can manage with what I've found, that was just for quite rare situations use but, I assume it's not a very bad idea. Well, I'm afraid I don't 'know' where the 'banana' is either???? Wink! Wink! LOL! But I am glad you are enjoying your finds in Poser 12. As Molly says above, it takes a special talent to figure out such creative uses for those resources and you do it so well here! Many many fine kudos and praises from me to you on this one. I doubt I will ever use superfly or hdri in my images. I'm just too old school to try and learn that and my experience with superfly it that it takes way too long for a render. I don't even begin to have enough patience for that. LOL. I like to see my images before I die. At any rate, I do like how your images turn out. I love you too, my dear Bill. If you have a powerful video card, an Nvidia RTX would be great, your Superfly renders will take minutes when using HDR images. You just need a lil bit of patience. It's not rocket science to have a decent HDR render in few minutes. I have just tested right now, using "Low adaptive GPU" render setting preset in my freshly uploaded scene - the one with SmidA's car - took few seconds, it's a bit noisy image but still looks good. This is just an example of how easy it is to use Superfly render settings preset. Of course you can test other presets that better fits your video card, in my example I assumed you had an Nvidia video card.😊💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Only patience is required and an RTX (if possible).
