I was going to wait until tomorrow to upload another image, but I'm painfully bored ATM...Anyway, as you can see, this is another DDG of an earlier work (07/28/2007).
Thanks for the view and for your comments that you'd like to share...appreciate your support.

You're getting bolder with your style choices....I like it! The DDG treatment made it look even more exotic. Post when you feel like it. Do it for you....not anyone else. I personally want to see more from you, and any time......

When you look back, you often stumble on things in your way going forward... (That's an 'old saying' I just made up... 😉)
This is bold indeed, and filled with life, Barb! Wonderful work!

your original is more reflective, more inward. The light is muted, and she looks at us as if having spent time alone, in contemplation. I sense a pillar and some tropical tree in the background...A quiet woman turning to acknowledge us; mysterious and fetching. While your DD treatment bursts with bubbles and organic shapes and lots of color. The original head piece (I can't tell if that's hair or a covering) has organic forms; but the DD brings them out like paintings. Light and sunny hues abound, and the pillar is filled with ornament, while the tree's low hanging fruits are suddenly pepper red (and yellow and green). Her stare's more intense too. An opulent transformation. It has the feeling of a Klimt painting too, esp in the ornament on her skin and the pillar, etc. Very rich.
