Wow. Zoomed, this has a really visceral feel. It's so physical. Really jagged blobs and lines crawling all over the place, and wonderful spills w/ some blends. And a very grainy quality---very vital. Your usual way with color contrasts is all over the piece. And your long orientation (landscape) gives it plenty of space to allow the 'objects' to interact, argue, clash, etc. It's like a snapshot of a big messy gathering of rough objects, all working it out. (Your dimensions---17" by 14"---must be a typo? The image on the screen is more like 17X9. It doesn't take away from the power of the image, it's just different from what you wrote, for what it's worth. I love the long width.) Your home must be filled with amazing and powerful artworks. I wonder if planes can see them from in the stratosphere...I love this.
