Why do so many people here just write "EXCELLENT", are you then quicker with the comments? I have to do this with the stopwatch and write "NICELY DONE", let's see how long I need then - Lol!

It's always nice to see the familiar face of a friend! There is also strength in numbers & that might be a good thing in the neighborhood they are in!
You take care!

Having read an above comment from you, wondering why people only leave "Excellent" as their comment, I will try to do better!
Awesome!
Was that comment quick enough for you Ute! "LOL" Or should I add less syllables to it and perhaps make it a bit quicker and improve my speed in writing it...lets see what can I do to make it faster ( I am thinking and starting to get a headache since "awesome" is my favorite an fastest word I can type) How about "Great" it has only 5 letters and I think I can type that that pretty fast. Or I can just leave "Good" and that has only 4 letters...I think I am going to go with "good" or the long version "good enough"
By now you know I am just having fun with you Ute...you know I value your friendship and I understand the point you are trying to make...and what you say is so true! ( but then again everyone has their reasons for why they only leave one word comments and I understand that)
Personally I am just happy that they view my work and if they want to leave a comment, a very short one word comment will do! when I leave comments my philosophy is to not just leave one word comments! "LOL" :-) I can't help myself and once I start writing my fingers take over and I unable to stop them. If I am going to leave a comment, its always because I admire and like the work I am viewing and no other reason than that!
Many artist at this site do amazing work and yet have not one comment at all...that brings me sadness in that this community does not do enough to show these artists how wonderful their art work really is. I do what I can and leave a comment in the awesome galleries of these talented artists, since its the least I can do, but nevertheless I wish more comments would be left at their galleries!
OK see what you did Ute...its just that what you said struck a chord with me and no I don't put any blame upon anyone! I just wish things were different for the other talented artists at this site! If what I said above irritates you in any way...you have my humble apologies in advance my dear friend Ute! I meant no disrespect in any way! :-)
P.S These wonderful beauties in this art work look awesome and seem to share a special friendship! :-)
UteBigSmile
Oh' my God Johnny, now you've caught me cold, it's true what you write, unfortunately most artists are themselves to blame if they get almost no comments, they don't go and see anyone, maybe they're happy with that, I don't know, I'm not a clairvoyant either. With my question, I didn't want to offend anyone, but just out of curiosity, I wanted to know why people just write one word as a comment! How about "Aww" also has only three letters, joking aside I'll stick with: "It's a wonderfully done image"! 😉 I wish you a peaceful evening!

True friends are a gift! Great characters and scene, Ute!!!
UteBigSmile
That's true, real friends aren't made every day, the friends we have, we've known for more than 30 years!

Então eu prefiro assim que eu possa admirar a arte e o artista saber que eu estive alo apreciando seu trabalho Sorry if comments are short hi some days paste and paste, but my parrot beaks no longer allow me much time sitting so much that I have to systematically walk away. So I prefer so that I can admire the art and the artist know that I've been appreciating his work

Oh, my..... From my angle, I'm glad to see BOTH of these beauties! This is gorgeous, Ute!
I know how you feel, Ute... I try not to do that even with those folks that leave "quickie" comments for me. 😁
UteBigSmile
Forget it Rod, unfortunately there is still no cure for stubbornness! I find these "Quickies" just disrespectful! 😉😂

They look so happy to see each other. I don't think that the location is automatically bad just because it is urban. They seem relaxed. I love how you convey so much more with the characters themselves than the background.
