This little render is for you dear Johnny, because you always dot the "i "s for me. You've been with Renderosity for a few years longer than I have, I don't even know when we actually became friends, but it doesn't matter, after so many years I appreciate your valuable friendship. I want it to stay that way, even if I'm the complainer on duty, oh' I just have to get something off my chest every now and then, otherwise I'm a peaceful person and I want it to stay that way. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the great video you made for me.

I value you as a person and the talented artist that you are. You were the first person I dedicated my first video "Photograph" to upon returning to this site and I feel the same way about you as I stated back then in my description on that video Ute! :-)
I was away from this site for 12 years and that is a long time ago. In some ways the community was different then, not to say it was better than it is today...it just had a different vibe than the one that exists today. One thing that didn't change was the passion and artistic creativity that the artists at this site have had towards their art work and that my friends is what keeps this site alive...its that willingness to create wonderful works of art that can be shared with everyone here!
I read the words on your comment above and I completely understand what you are saying...having said that, I need you to know that if I ever say something inappropriate in any way to you or any one else at this site...it was not meant to be that way. My philosophy concerning comments is...if I have nothing nice to say, I would rather not say anything at all!
I know you like to every now or then get things out in the open about things that may irritate you or as you say on the above comment "the complainer on duty" I just don't see you as a complainer Ute, but rather someone that is strong willed enough to say the things others won't say otherwise. I consider this a strength in your personality, as you are able to communicate your thoughts very effectively...now this is not to say that what you say may be liked by everyone, but that should't matter since what you are saying is you being honest about the way you feel.
In order for this site to achieve greatness, there must first be trust and honesty in that everyone participating here knows that they are valued as individuals sharing their work in this community. Of course being polite towards one another always works best! This is a community I value and take great pride in viewing the works of so many artists here from around the world. I personally feel fortunate to be able to comment and share my thoughts on the beautiful art work that is exhibited daily by so many artists such as you and everyone else's here. :-)

I thank you for this detailed statement, you said it all, got it off your chest and there's nothing to add to that, because you're just great and like me, you don't hold grudges, which is something I miss a lot from some artists in this community, and that in times of the Corona pandemic!

A really good space/sci-fi scene. I like the point of view and the characters, especially the one in the foreground. Good work with the detail of sinking her feet in the sand. I like the birds in the sky, too.

This is delightful, Ute! and a great dedication for a great guy and artist! Great job as always.
Ive been here almost as long as both of you, and have seen a lot of changes (I still get the heebie-jeebies when I remember some of the color schemes they tried a couple years ago...), but it's still the best art site on the internet IMHO. And part of the reason for that is folks like you and Johnny - and lots of others as well. 👍
