Description
I don't like flooding the gallery but I dug up the old Yennefer figure and decided to post her regardless. She's old enough to be Gen 3 with a few simple weaks and Bronwyn hair and I believe her outfit is based on earlier game or fan based depictions as it differs from the 'Wild Hunt" getup currently favored by Witcherverse modelers. If i recall, the table was one of ROG's and the base is of course Stonemason's. Were I to do this scene today with the same model I wouldn't change much except the wood of the base to remove the seams and possibly the stones but it still looks pretty good for what was then a quick study..
Stuck her in the modeling genre as I'm not certain how the term is to be applied. Is she a model or a model of a model?

She looks fantastic! A splendid choice of wardrobe and pose! Like the setting as well! Most excellent work! 5 stars again!

Thanks radar - Tweaked Yen a little but her outfit is out of the box. Took a little bending and pushing for the pose but it came out fine. Think both it and Yen are still available.

Gorgeous!

Thanks blue - pretty straightforward given the simple theme. Took a little cloth bending but i don't think it was too bad or I'd have quit :)

looks really good in the zoom, especially the quality of the textures, amazing to think it is "possible" to print these at home, though I dread to think what the expense of the outlay would be. Possible to do your own chess set with the characters from TW, one to rival Frazatta's perhaps :)

Thanks as always paul for taking time to comment. This was a fairly dated figure when rendered, having been offered in Genesis 3, but the textures are quite good. Subbed out the hair and everything else was pretty much left alone. Setting these up for 3d printed miniatures and painting would be a hoot, as there are enough Witcher characters for a chess set even without getting into the weeds with secondaries.
One of the side bits to the video games were the "Gwent' card game which features beautifully stylish representations of just about everything and everyone of relevance to the stories. Never got into it when I played, but the art for these cards is used to illustrate a lot of reference material. Been considering a few scenes with some 'game rip' figures and originals I'd base on these illustrations. Would have to resist parking a Panzer III outside the inn...
As for the chess - really would be a great project. My eyes aren't what they were so painting at a level I'd tolerate is no longer possible. I do have contacts in the mini world who might commission or trade for terrain bases as I can still handle those..:)

Beautiful personage!!! Really well done with a great quality render!!👍🙋♂️
jdwtrxk
Thanks Saby - Yen is a lovely and complex character - and sometimes a b---h who is can teleport you into the ocean from great heights...

Yennefer is beautiful as usual ! :-) Where's Triss ?
jdwtrxk
Yes she is. Triss was the first one I did, even before Geralt. The more i read and played the character, the more I liked her. Yen can be so bloody moody..
romangirl
Beautiful character!
jdwtrxk
Thanks romangirl - Yen's an impressive and powerful lady but like most powerful sorceresses she can be quite vexing in many ways...
A_Sunbeam
Great character and pose
jdwtrxk
Thanks sunbeam - Yen is easy on the eye. Only took a little Mesh Grabber to get her outfit to lie correctly in the pose.
