Why oh why is inspiration such a b#tch?!? In October it seemed like I didn't have enough days to put together and render all the ideas in my head, so much that I decided to just concentrate on Halloween images. Then, total nothingness. I started about 10 winter & holiday renders only to abandon them. So I decided to just take a little break from rendering and from the gallery til things got better. This is actually a render that I prepared back in October, the first of a series of portraits I want to work on. But like I said, I decided to finish my Halloween renders first and then keep working on this series. I just picked it up again a few days ago, so I decided the time was right to post this one. I am posting both the original and a post-worked image, I like them both in different ways and didn't feel like choosing. Also, some of these portraits (like this one in particular) might be inspired by an image I saw on the web, so if there is an inspirational image I will post that in the description too. I'm sorry I never got around making a holiday greeting render (although I did try and leave my greetings in the comment section of your renders). And I still intend to go back and try and finish the renders I started, even though the holiday season has long passed.
