Description
I rarely use a wide angle for portraits but in this case it was the solution I liked best (even though I did like the 50 mm too, putting it here in case anyone is curious.)

Thank you! I looked for a background that would blend in with her, didn't want to use a plain one again. This one worked out quite nicely.

I agree with Mazzam that the wide angle completes the vortex pattern, but it also lends a sense of vastness to the image that appeals to me. The pose and costuming is also appealing; she seems to be looking to see if you will come closer perhaps meaning to lure you into something. Thank you for sharing, RT!

Thank you! It took me a while to find the perfect background so I figured it deserved the attention. As for the character, she really is adorable, you can really find some gems in the freebie section (yours included!!!)
