CADET TRACE ANSON Character Profile
Trace Anson is a nineteen-year old cadet at Empire Star Academy. In this image, he waits anxiously for his friend, Tank Melton, to return from what Empire calls "off day". Anson stands near the main gate and watches the curfew clock with great fear! Anson is terrified that something has happened to his only friend at the Academy. Like Tank Melton, he hails from the planet Meltor and feels totally lost among the customs and attitudes of the people of planet Throneworld. He watched from the shadows as Cadet Mab returned to the Academy with Dahn Bosik, a person who Mab had protected him from only a day before. Bay Tellis and Dahn Bosik had cruelly tried to beat him up in the showers, but Mab Elon had stopped them! Was Mab now they're friend? Trace now feels betrayed and more scared than ever, as he watched Mab being very friendly with Dahn. He hates being at Star Academy, but was forced to enroll by his wealthy and ambitious family. Where is Tank Melton? Why hasn't he returned? Trace knows only fear and dread in what calls "This terrible place."
