Looks like a lot of work has been carried out to lovingly restore this fabulous relic of bygone times. Great capture Richard!

That 1952 Buick Roadmaster was my first car, back in 1958. It was built like a tank, had a straight 8 engine that could pass most anything on the road except a gas station. It got 8 mpg around town, but I still love it. Mine was a convertible.

I've been offline for a few weeks, Richard, and one of the regrets is that I don't get to visit your gallery daily. It's always a treat when I come back to your gallery. I'm a little slow right now, but I'll at least comment on a sampling of your always widely varied and beautiful offerings...Great old police car! And you got the stark black and white (or navy blue and white), and wonderful reflections on that black hood. Love the angle too. Dominates the shot---boy those curves were something...You cropped it perfectly too. This baby takes over its space with grace and dignity...love the shot.
