a fisher of souls...it's so stunning to see only the feet of the fisherman, with his net down around his ankles: We see no more of him. Yet he stands on some mysterious rock---mostly submerged---with that beautiful mermaid below, which he may or may not see. You've set up a possible meeting---we're ready to see it happen! (you've whetted our appetites)---where the mermaid is as oblivious of him as he may be of her. And a beautiful underwater realm, with those beautiful blue fish, and the lush plants. The surface of the water is like a big sheet of acrylic. What a beautiful vision, so much left unsaid (you can see why I get tales in my head from your images), and two souls unaware of each other, waiting to meet. She sleeps like she's preparing her soul for tht moment...Beautiful.

Beautiful composite of elements!! If he only knew what kind of "fish" lay beneath his feet, perhaps he'd rethink the idea of tossing hooks into the water to snare the unwary aquatic creatures just looking for a snack!
