This is the first Common Blue that I saw in our garden. It's a little butterfly out of the Icarus-family. Thank you very much for your look, dear friends.

your photo is awash in wonderful greens. The moth has more of a chalky white hue, and you caught it in beautiful shadow. His eyes and one side of his wings have browns similar to the browns in the background. A beautiful closeup with lots of space in it. A formidable creature!
