Description
Rather than regurgitating a single swallowed fish for their chicks, as other Seabirds do, puffins can hold several small fish, crosswise in their bill. This allows them to take longer foraging trips, before returning with more food energy for their chick.
... Although they may encounter obstacles.

Those adorable puffins look gorgeous. Wonderful realistic scene, and the greedy Herring Gull looks great, even it's looking for a cheaper meal. Impressive atmosphere, brilliant awesome render.

I remember spending hours watching the Ppuffins on Lundy...such characterful birds, though sadly increasingly scarce. Nice work.

A superbly designed and rendered bird scene and what seems to be a forthcoming row between these two guys! Wonderful job on this indeed. Did you know that on the small island of Heimaey ( Iceland) , puffin meat is turned into delicious hamburgers in the local fast food restaurant of the harbour?! I couldn't believe my eyes, but after leaving Heimaey, I had a go at puffin meat in a different recipe on the mainland in Iceland, and it tasted truly and astonishingly excellent!
