I'm just Molly. Mrs. Mike was my ID for many years when I modeled for my deviant husband, Mike B. It was Mike that introduced me to Poser.
I have modeled in real life a bit. My introduction to 3d imaging was through making pictures of my adventures in Second Life and over the10 years I've been learning Poser and making Poser pictures. In real life, I am a near completely retired health care professional and a full time grandma. In my digital life I am a Second Life heroine, a Second Life villainess and here and at Deviant Art I'm a budding 3D artist.
My next big project is to learn Blender.

Finer and detailed composition. Love the guy out on the street!
MollyFootman
Thanks, Mazzam. We've seen that guy in the background before and he figures into the story so I'm delighted he was apparent to you. =)

You have great POV camera settings and very well designed places. Hope that waitress avoids that plant.
MollyFootman
I have BlueTreeStudios to thank for the content (and that pesky plant which I considered moving but decided to leave in the picture). XD
Thanks so much for the comment. The PoV and arrangement of the characters was all mine! =P

Great scene! I really like that waitress. LOL Her character is just so real.
MollyFootman
Thanks, Kellie. I like "Pixie", too. She's way more brash and confident than I've ever been but I've had acquaintances like her and she's fun to bring to life. I really love the mesh she's based on and am always sad that it never really caught on.

Nice work! Placement of details in the surrounding scene is excellent, again. You create full scenes and I like that detail about your art. Good poses and models. too.
MollyFootman
Thank you so much for your very lovely comment, my dear!

Thank you, Rocdan. I have been enjoying creating this series of pictures. =)

Glamorous awesome composition, wonderful characters and poses, great expression, gorgeous lighting, brilliant render.
Six converging eyes are way too hot and a great treat. Who shots the paper get six points.😊
Magnificent Masterpiece of Finest Art. I love it!

Thank you, Marius. You are always very sweet and encouraging and I appreciate it.

I love how much of the story you managed to capture from this angle, including the mysterious (and nefarious?) man in black pretending to read a newspaper outside and Roxie still in that nifty leaning posture you were proud of!
I agree with Kellie that Pixie seems very "real," and I love all the elements of her outfit, esp. the glasses! Her smile seems very genuine, too. Brooke's posture seems a bit formal, but that goes with the fact that she's holding a tray against her knees as well as the fact that she's concerned that Lena is a "properly documented immigrant." Lena continues to look slightly exasperated and slightly defensive, as someone in her position might understandably be. But I'm curious how she got a student visa if she hadn't yet been accepted at a university? I sure hope Professor Van Humbeek can help her out and hopefully allow her to relax a little bit, although knowing that your student visa could be revoked at any time will always be stressful!
Looks like you're making great use of this versatile coffee shop set! I wish I was better at doing the with sets that are designed for such a variety of camera angles. I look forward to more in this series!

Thanks so much, my dear! I spend a lot of time with PoV trying to include elements of the story without seeming to weird (I try not to hang from the ceiling like a bat or peek upskirts like a mouse XD). Use of extreme wide angle lenses helps; I think I was using a 28 mm in this scene.
I really like "Pixie" Dust and plan to keep her more prominent in my stories of this gang. She's not disciplined enough to get work as a graduate assistant but she's plenty smart. The mesh she's based on is extraordinary and the purchase of it gets you all sorts of additional content to help with refitting clothes and the like. It seems pricey but it's actually quite a bargain. A shame that it never caught on.
Gregor and Vladlena have been working together to make it appear as though she has been accepted at the university and get her papers in order. She had intended to go to school elsewhere and had delayed leaving Russia as she was involved in protests. In all, she might appear suspicious to US authorities and certainly is not considered loyal by Russian authorities. a girl without a country, as it were.
I've got a lot of irons in the fire but I intend to keep doing a bit toward this one now and again.

I'm really intrigued by this story so far. Such great details in the image, the waitress with the tray coming up the stairs, the guy outside the window reading a newspaper - is he a spy?
MollyFootman
Thanks so much, Annie. I rather like this story too, despite all the drama (heck, maybe because of all the drama). That guy is nefarious and might be from the US DHS or possibly a Russian agent... tune in for more nest time! XD

This is really well done, Molly - both the art and the conversation / story. Yeah, I think a lot of Russians are tired of Putin's arrogant stupidity. I really wish someone in his inner circle would grow a pair of kahoonas and insert a small piece of lead into one of his ears. Either one would work.
Yep - I'd keep an eye on that newspaper guy...
MollyFootman
Thanks for letting me know you are enjoying the story, Rod. I really like hearing from you and appreciate the encouragement! <3
As for Putin? I'm afraid you're right: assassination may be the only real answer to the threat he poses to civilization. Unfortunately, it seems more likely that he'll assassinate anyone around him that he suspects of being disloyal. One can always hope. =(

Molly, you are so right on the Pootin possible end, I wish it was done already and we can all put our shattered bleeding hearts back in some way and try to make a better future for us all.
I just saw the wonderful Kirby of the Pentagon, his speech about depravity was spot on! Normal human minds cannot understand the insanity, the violence, the horror. Nobody with even a grain of soul can even think to do those monstrosities
Also, trying to bring a smile to you... I was imagining of myself carrying the tray upstairs... Ah! With Pepe crossing between my legs while I go up ha ha...
MollyFootman
Heh... Pepe nearly tripping you as you climb the stairs is so much the way of the cat! XD Thank you for the smile, Lory! <3

A super fine continuation to this story! Love the fine details in the illustration as well as the story. I just binge watched 'Better than us!', a Russian series, about a robot that can kill. One of the details there was they were always drinking cafe Americanos! Must be a thing over there? Anyway, if you are a fan of scifi, you might like that series, unless you have already watched it? But back to this days work; Fantastic and superbly fine creation! Many fine praises and kudos from me to you on it!!!!!
MollyFootman
"Better than Us!", eh? I've put it on my very long list. XD
Thanks for taking a moment to encourage me, Rad! I really appreciate it! =)

......again.........it's all in the detail and I'm enjoying this saga
MollyFootman
That kind of encouragement is really so empowering, LP! Setting up a scene like this takes me a lot of time and energy and to have someone explicitly comment upon it? Priceless to teh Mollz. <3
Thanks for taking a moment, I really appreciate it! =)

I love all the detail, the backstory, the carefully placed items on tray and the table--such a labor of love! I feel like we don't know how the story will come out because it's happening right now in the real world. Putin goes in for surgery soon and there is no telling what will happen when he is temporarily not in charge--a very unstable situation all around. His assignee is the head of the FSB and even more of a Bond Villain than Putin, if you can believe it.
MollyFootman
Wow! I had not heard about the Prince of Darkness needing surgery. 0.0
As for the story here, I have a pretty clear idea of where things will go that would only be slightly changed by events in the "real" world (N.B. I think of the Mollyverse as real but acknowledge that there is an independent, objective reality I share with you and the rest of the human race). =)
I really appreciate your noting my attention to detail in the picture. It really makes it all worthwhile when you know someone is really SEEing the picture. <3

I read rather vaguely that he has "abdominal cancer" which could be anything--liver, pancreatic etc. Since he will be confined to Russian medical centers he will not have some of the newer treatments available. Supposedly he is bathing in Deer Antler Extract, which makes me think his prognosis is poor if he is relying on traditional medicines.
MollyFootman
Wow! I shall be watching for more information. It certainly makes some sense in terms of bad decisions he's been making. If he is dying, it can't be soon enough for him to join the majority. =(
