I still haven't figured out how you match the skin on the body with the skin on her face.

You can find several tutorials on YouTube. It’s pretty simple. Create a gardiant map and pick 4 to 6 colors of the faceskin (sorted by dark to light). The gardiant map layer should only cover the skin of the body. Set the blending to color with 50% transperency. Refine with adjustment layers: curves, hue
