Very cool toon girl transformation! Are you using filters or a paint program like Photoshop to get that effect?

Thank you. I used Photoshop with Standard Brushes (mostly Soft and Hard brush), Gardiant Maps, adjustment curves, liquify filter. I created the hair in procreate. I tested the new neural filter (coloring). That’s it. 😁

@benalive Thanks for the detailed response! I have an older version of PS, so new neural filters, but that colorize is a cool effect. I do have Procreate and it's really a joy to use. Keep up the good work, and I'm always on the lookout for some cool new cyber/sci-fi outfits in your Rendo store :)
