The big fuss is around I wish it be 3D, bump maps and even paralax wet shaders are much easier to achieve but they lack that lil detail of true displacement. Implementing it in a single skin mesh without further layers also adds some minor challenges. Scaling the displacement would add some headaches, propagating to the whole body, while the shader still needs to fit a specific UV. It sounds simple enough but it needs some attention to achieve it that way. I'll do my best, I would be happy if it would look decently good. I lately made some improvements, so wish me good luck.😊💖💖💖💖🥰🥰🥰🥰
